Clear timing beats vague promises. Here is what happens between checkout and delivery.

Order processing

Most orders are prepared in 1–3 business days. During peak periods, processing can take up to 5 business days. Customized, made-to-order, pre-order, or backordered items may take longer when that timing is disclosed before purchase or in an order update.

Estimated U.S. delivery

Many U.S. orders arrive approximately 3–15 business days after shipment, depending on the product’s available inventory location, destination, and carrier. Delivery time is separate from processing time and is an estimate rather than a guarantee.

Tracking and split packages

We send tracking by email or text as soon as it is available. The first carrier scan can take up to 3 business days after shipment. Multiple items can arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.

Delays

If we learn that an order cannot ship within the time promised, we will send an update and provide the cancellation or delay choices required by law. Weather, carrier congestion, address problems, and seasonal volume can extend transit time.
